Robbie Freels

Bringing 20 years of experience prior to joining the Capital team, Robbie leads our 9 asphalt plants as Operations Manager. Prior to Capital Robbie was an APAC plant manager and an equipment manager at an adjacent company. Robbie believes in kindness, hard work, and passion – he is consistent in these values, fostering a culture of men and women who strive for the same. He is always willing to get the job done and pushes his peers to do the same. Robbie received his degree from State Technical College of Missouri.
