Capital to the Core is a campaign designed to celebrate our exceptional teammates who exemplify one of our five core values: Safety, Quality, Integrity, Innovation, and Loyalty. Our teammates will be highlighted for demonstrating outstanding contributions to our company, clients, partners, and/or communities through the exemplary incorporation of one of the core values. A nomination may be for an action, special project or initiative, exemplary service, or achievement that occurred during calendar year 2023. The CTTC award is presented to 5 recipients each quarter, making 20 teammates eligible for the Capital to the Core: Capital Character Award. The Capital Character for each core value will be announced at the end of the year! Our team is our biggest asset, and we are excited and honored to highlight them all year long!
