Anthony, Frank, Damen, and Noah are all a part of the Capital Sand Company team! On June 5th, this group of individuals went above and beyond to help with a 3-car accident that occurred at the gate of our sand plant in Missouri City. Their prompt and selfless responses not only exemplified our fundamental core value of safety, but also demonstrated their extraordinary dedication to supporting people in need. They provided assistance at the scene of the accident by providing first aid, assisting the individuals in the accident, directing traffic until the police arrived, and blocking the area for the life flight helicopter to safely land. Their willingness to help in this situation, without knowing the hazards they could have encountered, is truly commendable and their dedication to the safety and well-being of others is an inspiration to all.

Russ is a part of the Capital Hauling team! From driver to coach, shop/ops repair liaison, scheduler and dispatcher, to his current role as the lead for all of the hauling operations in the Springfield area, Russ has consistently demonstrated loyalty and excellence in every role. His ability to produce quality results throughout ever-changing responsibilities is a true testament to his high degree of loyalty. His commitment to people, equipment, and ethical business practices is commendable, and his dedication in evident in his consistent support for his teammates and company!
