Jake is a Superintendent for our construction division in the Arkansas market! Since joining the Capital team, his dedication and loyalty have helped us prosper in the communities he serves. From tackling challenging projects to working long hours, Jake’s commitment is truly exceptional. A specific example is when Jake, without hesitation, worked 17 consecutive days of 11-13 hour shifts. A true team player, Jake’s consideration for others is evident in everything he does. He’s a selfless individual who takes initiative, ensuring tasks are completed seamlessly. Whether it’s helping maintain tracks and greasing or stepping up as a mentor, his versatility makes him an invaluable member of our team.
