A proactive leader with 32+ years of extensive experience and knowledge within the industry, Mike has led our asphalt and paving division with his go-getter and innovative leadership style. Mike attacks problems head on, and trusts his team to help overcome unique challenges. Mike came to Capital after his many years of serving in the US Navy. From a laborer in the field to heading asphalt operations, Mike is no stranger to hard work, loyalty, and dedication to his team.
